Systems designed around how teams work.

I work with CEOs, managers, and staff to build custom software for teams that want systems tailored to how their business actually runs.

Who this is for

  • Teams that need a platform built around how they work
  • Businesses whose customer flow is clunky and losing conversions
  • Teams ready to streamline operations and move faster
  • Businesses where tools do not talk to each other, so nothing stays in sync
  • Leaders who want ownership and portability without lock in

How I got started

I started at a restaurant group to launch a loyalty program. Once I got into it, I saw a bigger opportunity: build a guest experience our customers could keep on their home screens, and build the operational systems behind it so the team could actually run it.

So I built the foundation. I designed the loyalty logic with clear earning rules, such as one point earned per dollar spent with alcoholic purchases excluded. I built a rewards catalog and fulfillment workflows that work during a real shift. Then I expanded the app beyond loyalty into a single place where guests can view menus, place online orders, and make reservations. The result was simple and powerful: our restaurants became a constant, native presence on a customer's phone, not just a place they might remember later.

After building the mobile apps, I used that momentum to modernize commerce. They had a "shop" that was basically a long form with no product images and heavy text. I replaced it with a real retail experience on their existing domain: a structured catalog with photos and clean product pages, fast checkout with Apple Pay and Google Pay, automated payment flow, staff notifications with full order details, and analytics that show what sells and where customers drop off. Same brand. Same domain. A completely different buying experience. Result: a buying experience that feels modern, fast, and trustworthy.

Finally, I replaced legacy training software they were paying for but not using. I built a custom training platform with continuous manager feedback, focused on adoption first: clean lesson delivery, assessments, progress tracking, and reporting leaders can actually use. The system was straightforward for managers, and approachable for staff, so it got used instead of avoided. Result: managers adopted it because it was created to match their workflows.

My work follows a consistent pattern: map the real workflow, cut the friction, and build clean systems teams actually adopt. This approach applies across industries. The goal is always the same: clarity, speed, and tools that make people better at their job.
