Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Kravitz Systems collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website at kravitzsystems.com and related services.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you submit a contact form, send a message through our site, or book an intro call, we collect the information you enter: name, email, company, phone (optional), website (optional), and your message. We use this to respond to your inquiry, schedule and conduct calls, and provide service.

Analytics and usage data. We operate first-party analytics that collect anonymized or pseudonymized data: page views, scroll depth, CTA clicks, modal opens, and funnel events (e.g., booking steps). We store a hashed version of your IP address (not the raw IP), approximate location (country, region, city where available from our host), device type, browser, operating system, timezone, language, and UTM parameters. Analytics events do not contain personal information such as names or email addresses.

Cookies. We use cookies to maintain a visitor ID and session ID for analytics. These help us understand how visitors use the site across pages and sessions. Session cookies expire after a period of inactivity; the visitor ID persists longer.

Server and request logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may log requests, IP addresses, and similar data for security and operations. We do not control all logging; see our third parties section.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries, schedule and confirm intro calls, send transactional emails (e.g., booking confirmations), improve our site and services, measure performance and conversion, prevent abuse (e.g., via rate limiting), and comply with legal obligations.

3. Cookies and analytics

We use first-party cookies for analytics: ks_vid (visitor ID) and ks_sid (session ID). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking our analytics cookies will not affect core site functionality, but we will not be able to attribute your visit to a session or provide aggregated analytics that include your usage.

4. Sharing and third parties

We use the following categories of third-party services. Data is shared only as needed to operate our site and deliver services.

  • Hosting and infrastructure: Vercel (site hosting, serverless functions, request logs).
  • Database: Supabase (contact messages, bookings, analytics data).
  • Email: Google Workspace (sending contact confirmations, booking confirmations, and notifications to our team).
  • Rate limiting: Upstash Redis (when configured, to limit requests per IP and prevent abuse).
  • Calendar and scheduling: Google Calendar (when you book an intro call, we create calendar events and may send meeting links).

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

5. Data retention

Contact messages and bookings are retained as long as needed to fulfill the purpose (e.g., respond to inquiries, conduct business, and maintain records). Analytics data is retained for a reasonable period to support business and product decisions. Server logs are subject to our host's retention policies.

You may request deletion of your personal data (e.g., contact form submissions, booking records) by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time and delete or anonymize data where feasible, subject to legal or operational requirements to retain certain information.

6. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and secure storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You can disable or delete cookies in your browser to limit analytics. We do not send marketing emails from this site; contact and booking emails are transactional. If you receive communications you did not expect, contact us to clarify or unsubscribe.

Residents of certain jurisdictions (e.g., EU, UK, California) may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. Contact us to exercise those rights.

8. Children

This site is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Significant changes may be communicated via a notice on our site or by email where appropriate. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

10. Contact

For questions about this privacy policy, or to exercise your rights (access, deletion, correction), contact us through the "Start a conversation" feature on this site.
